Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information, you authorize Omni Home Services Group to keep your credit card on file and to charge it for your monthly membership fees and any other amounts due under these Terms. You agree that your card may be charged on a recurring basis until your membership is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any authorized charge without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your membership and access to the network.

Use of Our Site

You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with another user's use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site.

SMS Program Terms

Text messages are sent only where you have separately consented — for example by checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms. Non-marketing (application and account) messages and marketing messages are two separate, optional consents, each unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of applying, purchasing, or maintaining a membership. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers; wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Trade Partner Applications

Submitting an application through our site does not guarantee acceptance into the Discount Home Services network. We review each application and select partners at our sole discretion. Information you provide must be accurate and complete.

Disclaimer Regarding Services

Omni Home Services Group does not provide, perform, supervise, or warrant home services. All services promoted through our network are performed exclusively by independent, licensed local home service providers. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality of services performed by those providers.
